Job summary

Beck’s Heating and Air Conditioning, a 35-year, family-owned shop on the North Shore, seeks a Lead HVAC Technician who prides themselves on quality repairs and installations. You will guide junior techs, oversee field projects, and help drive the business forward toward a future Service Manager role.

The role offers $38.00–$48.00 per hour with 40 hours weekly guaranteed, and $90,000–$115,000+ OTE annually, plus incentives, a company vehicle, tool allowance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable residential HVAC service and installation experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required; NATE Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience leading job sites and mentoring technicians is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets/iPads for dispatching, diagnostics, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Lead field diagnostic calls and oversee installation and service projects.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices on field practices and safety.
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and ensure proper documentation.
