Indotronix UK is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician / Service Manager to become the founding technical leader of a new HVAC service operation serving properties throughout Maine. Augusta or Bangor will anchor the role as the operation is built from the ground up.

You will set operating standards, lead the team, and develop customer relationships while delivering high-quality service. This is a rare chance to shape a startup service line with growth potential in a regional market.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of HVAC experience
• Experience leading service operations
• Strong customer-focused approach

Responsabilités
