Job summary

Qualifications

- Strong preventive-maintenance practices.
- Ability to diagnose HVAC problems using BAS data and hands-on inspection.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operations.
- Monitor and optimize systems using Metasys BAS.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and controls issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and engineers to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain CMMS records and generate system performance reports.
