A leading building automation provider in Providence, RI is seeking a lead-level service systems specialist/technician to conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of BAS/BMS systems. Candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience and a strong focus on HVAC systems. Overview

As a lead-level service systems specialist/technician on our service team, you will conduct preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, and commissioning of BAS/BMS and related systems with minimal supervision, ensuring proper functioning and performance. Responsibilities include point-to-point checkouts, troubleshooting HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control issues, and completing required project documentation. Career growth opportunities into Service Management and/or programming roles.
