North Carolina State University is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician - Lead (HVAC Technician) in Raleigh, NC. The role leads HVAC operations within a university facilities environment and oversees maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to building systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership in facilities maintenance, extensive HVAC/R knowledge, and the ability to mentor a team while coordinating with other departments.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalency is required or equivalent experience.
• Possible licensing/certification requirements may apply depending on position.
• Experience in HVAC, electrical, steam, or plumbing is preferred.
