Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge including systems, components, and safety standards.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and electrical schematics.
• Experience supervising a maintenance or trades team.
• Budget awareness and resource management.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the campus HVAC maintenance shop.
• Train staff and coordinate formal training as needed.
• Maintain and update preventive maintenance plans and work orders.
• Oversee contractors to ensure work meets plans and specs.
• Address on-call emergencies and manage schedules.
