Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, steam, or plumbing is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technician and secondary supervisor for the shop.
• Oversee daily maintenance operations and prioritize workload.
• Coordinate material procurement and supplier interactions.
• Mentor staff and provide cross-training.
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs and projects.
• Ensure safety regulations and campus standards are followed.
