Job summary

Total Air Service in Willis, TX is seeking a full-time Lead HVAC Service Technician to lead our growing service department. This role offers ownership of the department, mentorship of technicians, and the opportunity to stay hands-on in the field.

You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install systems, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and participate in after-hours on-call. This is a Montgomery and Walker Counties service area role with a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• EPA certification and 5+ years of residential/light commercial HVAC experience.
• Live within 30 minutes of Willis, TX office and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations for service dept.
• Coach and train technicians; conduct ride-alongs and quality checks.
• Support dispatch, monitor KPI performance, and ensure customer satisfaction.
