Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with heat pumps, air handlers, duct systems, and controls.
• Confident working independently and representing the company in the field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
