Job summary

AllTech Services, Inc. in Northern Virginia is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential HVAC systems—including high-efficiency and emerging technologies—with precision and professionalism.

You will be the home expert, expected to act with confidence, educate homeowners on performance and energy savings, and uphold safety and coding standards while representing the company in the field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal); NATE preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting with heat pumps, air handlers, ducts and controls.
• Confidently represent the company in the field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
