Job summary

Lex Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to deliver high-quality service on residential systems. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide cost estimates while maintaining a fully equipped service vehicle and professional customer interactions.

Applicants should hold a TDLR and EPA certification, have at least two years of residential HVAC experience, and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

2 years’ experience as a residential HVAC technician.
TDLR certification and EPA certification required.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
Highly motivated with the ability to convert service calls into revenue ethically.

Responsibilities

Service and repair HVAC systems: analyze issues, prepare estimates, maintain tools.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC systems ensuring proper procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance and recommend future services.
Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
Follow safety standards and regulations.
