Quality Pro Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Lead HVAC Service Technician to lead field work and mentor fellow techs. You will diagnose and repair residential systems, work on complex calls, and help raise install quality.

This full-time role offers overtime, a clear path to management, and benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and paid parental leave. A EPA Universal certification and 3+ years’ experience are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Strong diagnostic skills in refrigerant charging, airflow and electrical troubleshooting.
• Leadership mindset and willingness to help others succeed.
• Good communication for frequent customer interaction.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Willing to take an HVAC aptitude test.
• Knowledge of HVAC and electrical code is a plus.
