Champion Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced residential HVAC Service Technician with an active H3-1 HVAC license in North Carolina or South Carolina. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain systems while helping customers make informed decisions and maintaining a well-stocked service vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current H3-1 HVAC license in NC or SC (required).
• 2–3+ years of residential HVAC service and sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a company vehicle and product inventory.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
• Superb customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Help customers make confident, informed buying decisions.
• Identify HVAC issues and clearly communicate findings and solutions to customers.
• Educate customers on their HVAC systems, functions, maintenance, and needs.
• Maintain a fully stocked vehicle inventory for service calls.
• Accurately document work performed according to company procedures.
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
• Set up HVAC service or installation calls when needed.

Compensation:

• $75,000 - $100,000+/year

What YOU Will Do:

What We Need From YOU:

HVAC LICENSE REQUIRED: Candidates must currently hold a valid H3-1 HVAC license in either North Carolina or South Carolina

• Current H3-1 HVAC license in North Carolina or South Carolina
• 2-3+ years of residential HVAC service and sales experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures
• Experience managing a company vehicle and product inventory
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• Honesty, dependability, and reliability
• Physical dexterity necessary to perform residential HVAC service work
• Ability to successfully complete required motor vehicle and background checks and drug screening
