Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Manager in Hollywood, FL to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from kickoff to finish. You will own the schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

This role requires strong leadership, coordination with engineers and field teams, and a track record in commercial HVAC, retrofit, service, installation, or specialty construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects.
• Proficiency with schedules, budgets, drawings, and field coordination.
• Strong communication with clients, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Build and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and material needs.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, submittals, RFIs, and project requirements.
• Track project costs, procurement, labor, subcontractor spend, and profitability.
• Identify risks early and solve issues before they impact budget or schedule.
• Manage change orders, approvals, documentation, and customer communication.
• Conduct site visits to review progress, quality, safety, and field execution.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
