Job summary
Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential replacement and installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise apprentices and install crew, ensure compliance with manufacturer specs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is not hourly work; we offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure that rewards quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
- Ability to lead an installation crew and mentor helpers.
- EPA certification is required to work on HVAC systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish.
- Supervise installation helpers and apprentices.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the process.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
- Represent Parham with professionalism and integrity on every job.
