Job summary

Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric in Trenton, TN is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who leads a crew, solves problems, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. This is not an hourly position and offers an uncapped commission-based pay structure.

You will lead residential HVAC replacement projects, mentor assistants, ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, and communicate with homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead an installation crew.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Team player with ownership mindset.

Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you're the installer everyone counts on to lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience,

This is not an hourly position. We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure, giving top installers the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly wage.
