Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric in Trenton, TN is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who can lead a crew and deliver top‑quality work on residential projects from start to finish. This role requires guiding installers, mentoring apprentices, and ensuring every job meets manufacturer specifications and our quality standards.

We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure, rewarding high performance on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead an installation crew.
• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you're the installer everyone counts on to lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to talk with you.

This is not an hourly position. We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure, giving top installers the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly wage.
