Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Lead Residential HVAC installation experience (Required).
• EPA Certification.
• HVAC degree or equivalent training.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• A professional attitude and pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and professionalism.
• Install equipment to manufacturer specs, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installs.
• Properly connect equipment and verify system performance.
• Deliver a clean, organized job site and a great customer experience.
• Represent Fire & Ice with pride and craftsmanship.
