Job summary

Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to lead residential replacement and installation projects from start to finish. You will supervise apprentices and install crew, ensure compliance with manufacturer specs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is not hourly work; we offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure that rewards quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Ability to lead an installation crew and mentor helpers.
• EPA certification is required to work on HVAC systems.

Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. If you’re the installer everyone counts on to lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, we want to talk with you.

This is not an hourly position. We offer an uncapped commission-based pay structure , giving top installers the opportunity to earn significantly more than a traditional hourly wage.

What You’ll Do

• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven ability to lead an installation crew.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• EPA Certification REQUIRED
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Someone who takes ownership, continues learning, and believes great teams accomplish more together.
