Job summary

Armor Service Group is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to head installation projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure top-quality service for clients. You will leverage your mechanical knowledge, construction expertise, and field service experience to deliver efficient, reliable HVAC solutions that meet high standards.

Your leadership will guide safe practices, adherence to schematics, and customer satisfaction on every project, with hands-on work including installation,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC installation or service with a strong mechanical background.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans.
• Welding, plumbing, and fabrication skills as needed for installs.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of HVAC systems including AC units, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• Interpret schematics and HVAC plans to ensure precise installation and performance.
• Supervise field work, coordinate crew, and ensure safety standards.
• Perform repair, welding, and plumbing tasks to support installations.
• Train and mentor junior installers on techniques and safety.
