Comfort Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Lead to oversee residential and light commercial projects. You will lead installation teams, coordinate logistics, and ensure high-quality workmanship on every job.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• RMGA Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.
• Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction on completion.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards.
