Elmar Heating & Cooling in Baltimore, MD is seeking an HVAC Lead Installation Technician with over 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installations. The role involves leading system installations for multi-zone & single zone ductless projects and providing exceptional customer service. Candidates should hold a Universal CFC Certificate and have a valid driver's license.

This position offers competitive pay ($28-$36 hourly), tool grants, health benefits, and up to $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will work within a 30-mile radius from the Baltimore location.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years of HVAC installation/service experience.
• Universal CFC Certificate.
• Valid Driver License / Clean Record.
• Some Construction Experience is Beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead system installations for mainly residential HVAC projects.
• Produce quality work and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work alongside other technicians to execute a plan.
