Qualifications

• Successful completion of a certified HVAC installation training program and apprenticeship.
• Ability to explain technical information to non‑technical customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of new HVAC system installation.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget.
• Establish good customer rapport.
• Work with Project Manager and Install Coordinators.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Train and mentor apprentices.

Skills

EPA certification

Knowledge of installation and venting codes

Valid driver's license

HVAC installation training

Further technical development

Oil burner experience/license

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
