Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to manage all phases of new system installations from video previews through the full Install System process.

You’ll train and mentor apprentices, collaborate with Project Managers, and ensure jobs are completed on time, within budget, and with top-quality workmanship. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany a strong, family-owned culture.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required for installations and venting.
• HVAC installation training program completed and apprenticeship experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Oil burner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of new HVAC system installation from video preview through Install System process.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget, supporting company financial goals.
• Establish strong customer rapport to ensure high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Install Coordinators for project completion.
• Maintain clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Ensure accurate paperwork, checklists, invoices and post-job videos.
• Participate in department meetings and vendor trainings.
