Job summary

Rodenhiser Home Services Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems across Massachusetts. You will lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions while performing residential service calls.

You will establish customer rapport, educate on finance options and maintenance plans, and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations. A strong safety and code knowledge base is required.

Qualifications

• EPA universal certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• At least one state license or certification.
• Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems to guide customers to informed decisions.
• Complete residential service calls within your area of expertise.
• Establish rapport to instill confidence and recommend products/services.
• Ask lifestyle questions to troubleshoot systems effectively.
• Explain finance options and maintenance plans to customers.
• Mentor HVAC apprentices to ensure quality repairs and installations.
