Tempo Air in the Dallas–Fort Worth area is seeking a Residential/Commercial HVAC Installer to remove and install Heating and Air Conditioning systems in homes and commercial buildings, ensuring installations meet Tempo’s standards and code requirements.

The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork, with hands‑on duties including testing, commissioning and working with gauges, meters and ductwork to deliver reliable comfort solutions.

Qualifications

• TDLR license required.
• EPA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co‑workers.
• Willingness to learn and attend training.
• Reliable, organized and safety‑conscious.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, reassemble HVAC equipment and complete commissioning.
• Test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning.
• Operate hand and power tools to install units.
• Lift, carry and position components during installation.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication with customers and team.
• Complete documentation to verify work performed.
• Operate a commercial vehicle and trailer.
• Work flexible hours as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
