Tempo Air is seeking a Residential/Commercial HVAC Installer to remove and install heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings. Installations must meet Tempo's quality standards and code requirements.

The role requires TDlr licensing readiness, EPA certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude, clear communication, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success and safety awareness is a must in all tasks.

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and co-workers
• Positive attitude, accountability, and pride in workmanship
• Willingness to learn and attend training
• Reliable, organized, and driven
• Proficient in retrofit installations for residential systems
• Knowledge of gas furnaces and electric heating components
• Understanding of refrigeration cycles for heat pumps and straight-cool systems
• Ability to troubleshoot in dynamic environments
• Strong safety knowledge of tools and hazards

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, reassemble HVAC equipment and complete full commissioning.
• Test electrical circuits or components for proper function.
• Operate and use gauges, meters and tools for installation.
• Lift and move equipment to install/test HVAC systems.
• Complete documentation to verify work performed.
• Operate company vehicle and trailer.
• Work flexible hours as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
