Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an HVAC Installer to handle complete installation of residential and light commercial systems. You will oversee Install Helpers, perform start-ups, balance airflow, and ensure compliance with all company standards and manufacturer specs.

You will communicate with customers, promote services, and maintain equipment and paperwork in a professional manner while supporting field supervision and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2+ years’ experience in HVAC
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area
• Proficient in the layout and installation of duct work and duct fittings
• Advanced skills at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems on HVAC equipment

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in residential and light commercial settings according to company standards
• Supervise Install Helpers to ensure quality workmanship
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues for high satisfaction
• Perform start-ups, balance airflow, and ensure proper belt/pulley alignment
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and paperwork in a neat, timely manner
