Job summary

Aire Serv in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential installation projects from start to finish, ensure compliance with local codes, and uphold our standards for quality workmanship.

You will lead and mentor installation teams, coordinate materials, document work, and provide outstanding service to customers while maintaining your company vehicle and tools in top condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Leadership experience or ability to effectively lead a crew.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
