Ideal candidates have 3+ years of residential HVAC experience, strong ductwork knowledge, and a professional, customer-focused attitude. This role includes ongoing training and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
