Aire Serv of Smith County is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to supervise residential installation projects from start to finish. You will ensure compliance with company standards, train team members, and maintain inventory while delivering excellent service to customers.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality workmanship, and ongoing development within a supportive team environment. Home-based support and local job sites provide opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience or ability to lead a crew.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, specs, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials for installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
