Aire Serv in Huntsville, AL is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential installation projects from start to finish. You will ensure workmanship meets local codes, manufacturer specs, and Aire Serv standards while guiding and mentoring the installation team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and codes.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
