Job summary

Aire Serv is seeking an HVAC Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality service on every call in Montgomery, AL. You’ll diagnose and fix heating and cooling systems, recommend customer-focused solutions, and keep the company vehicle and tools well-maintained.

A professional appearance and strong communication skills are essential. Compensation includes $25-$30/hour plus commission and spiffs with potential earnings well over $115K annually, plus weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment.
• Recommend solutions that meet customer needs.
• Maintain inventory and materials on company vehicle.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call.
