Job summary

Aire Serv Louisville is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential installation projects from start to finish. You will lead a crew, ensure compliance with standards, manufacturer specs, and local codes, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include mentoring the installation team, managing materials and inventory, and completing documentation. A valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
