This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, with overtime available, and employees reporting to a central location before traveling in company vehicle to their assigned job sites.
As our Lead HVAC Installer, you'll guide each installation from planning to completion, ensuring every job meets Homestead Comfort's standards for quality and professionalism. You'll communicate directly with customers, coordinate your installation crew, oversee equipment placement and system components, complete startup and closeout documentation, and keep your team focused, productive, and working safe.
