Homestead Comfort in Ellington, CT is seeking an Experienced Apprentice HVAC Installer to grow under mentorship and gain hands-on experience installing heating and cooling systems.

This full-time position runs Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime as needed. The company offers Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, uniforms, and year-round work to support your career development.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of heating and air conditioning experience.
• Apprentice card.
• High school/Technical diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
• Ability to follow directions and comply with all safety rules.
• Willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes.

Responsibilities

• Install heating and air conditioning systems to Homestead Comfort’s quality standards.
• Ride along with skilled technicians to gain hands-on experience.

OUR IDEAL EXPERIENCED APPRENTICE HVAC INSTALLER

We're looking for an Experienced Apprentice HVAC Installer who can help install heating and air conditioning systems according to Homestead Comfort's high-quality standards while learning side‑by‑side with our skilled technicians. You'll ride along with our cutting‑edge team to gain hands‑on experience, build the technical confidence needed to become a Lead Installer, and consistently maintain a safe and professional work environment.

This position works full‑time, Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (or until the job is finished), with overtime as needed.

Our ideal Experienced Apprentice HVAC Installer can also meet the following qualifications:

• 1+ years of heating and air conditioning experience
• Apprentice card
• High school/Technical diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
