That's not all! We'll also provide you with some tools, a half-day schedule after an on-call rotation, and opportunities to pursue additional licenses!

WHAT BECOMING OUR LICENSED RESIDENTIAL HVAC TECH LOOKS LIKE:

Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Some overtime may be required. We have an on-call rotation, but you'll work half-days after your shift!

You'll travel to homes throughout Hartford and Tolland Counties to evaluate residential heating and cooling systems and perform exceptional repairs and maintenance services. Every day will bring something different as you professionally communicate with clients, answer questions, and complete accurate hands-on services. You'll get the heating and air conditioning equipment to peak functionality, demonstrating your expertise and encouraging clients to choose us again for their future HVAC needs!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Our ideal Licensed Residential HVAC Tech is hungry to keep growing within the industry and is eager to learn more. Strong communication skills would be a bonus! What's most important is that you have:

• Current Connecticut HVAC license (B, D, or S)
