Job summary

COWDREY Mechanical Systems, a growing HVAC contractor in Vancouver, WA, is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead field crews on commercial projects. You will coordinate activities with project managers, interpret plans, and ensure installations meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 6 years in commercial HVAC, with foreman experience preferred. A valid driver's license and OSHA certification are advantageous, and a company vehicle or gas card may be provided

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate field layout.
• OSHA certification preferred; valid driver's license required.
