Responsibilities

• Lead operation, maintenance, adjustment of boilers, motors, pumps, rooftop units, and climate control.
• Inspect, repair, and service HVAC equipment, controls, and related systems.
• Maintain records, safety programs, and on‑the‑job training for staff.
• Utilize agency information systems to record work orders and diagnostics.
