Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains building air handling units, refrigeration machinery, and related systems to meet site requirements.
• Observe and adjust valves, switches, and indicators for control purposes.
• Maintain logs and monitor conditions to prevent equipment failure.
• Overhauls and installs equipment as required.
• Instructs others in maintenance and repair work.
