Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is seeking a Lead HVAC Engineer to maintain the 24/7/365 operation of a premier cash processing and data center facility in New Jersey. They will lead an experienced team, work on complex HVAC challenges, and coordinate with Real Estate trades to ensure continuous reliability.

Ideal candidates have industrial/commercial experience, data center exposure, and certifications.

Qualifications

Experience in industrial/commercial settings and data center operations.
NJ Low Pressure Black seal and NJ Blue Engineers Seal must be obtained within 1 year.
NJ Master HVAC License preferred but not required.
NJDEP UST A/B Operator certificate required or obtainable within 1 year.
Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Strong BMS operator experience; hydraulic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain 24/7/365 operation of a world-leading cash processing and data center facility.
Work independently with supervision; escalate when needed.
Collaborate with Real Estate Trades and other teams.
Support transfer of operations to a new state-of-the-art facility.
Report to the Watch Engineer and Director of Property Management.
