Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is looking for a Senior Professional Engineer in Charlotte, NC, to design and develop HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. This role involves client interaction, project negotiation, and technical studies to achieve value-driven designs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, a PE license, and at least 7 years in commercial/industrial HVAC. Qualifications

• A minimum of 7+ years of experience in the commercial/industrial HVAC field.
• Experience in design and development of mechanical and plumbing system layouts.
• Ability to convey technical requirements in understandable terms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and maintain engineering scope for projects.
• Perform detailed load calculations utilizing Trane Trace 700 and Trace 3D Plus.
• Coordinate mechanical requirements with architects and other engineers.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to take on additional responsibilities

Ability to use time productively

Self-starter with teamwork capabilities

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical Engineering)
