Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience preferred.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, contracts, estimating, and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, and field operations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, Superintendents, and internal teams.
• Manage project scopes, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Support estimating and proposal activities.
• Ensure projects meet contractual, code, safety, and quality requirements.
