Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical construction projects in Macon, GA. The role requires driving safety, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction from inception through completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PM experience in HVAC/mechanical fields, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills. PMP preferred and travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC/mechanical/construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of HVAC/mechanical systems and construction methods.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage project activities from inception to completion.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and work plans; monitor progress to meet milestones.
• Lead kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with stakeholders and clients.
• Serve as main liaison with clients for clear communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure safety and compliance.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
