• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, and field operations.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, Superintendents, and internal teams.
• Manage project scopes, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Support estimating and proposal activities.
• Ensure projects meet contractual, code, safety, and quality requirements.

Commercial Construction Project Manager - HVAC - Base Salary to 140k/year - Atlanta, GA

• Our client, a commercial contractor, is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This position will manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, documentation, and field coordination while working with internal and external project teams.
