Qualifications

  • PhD with 3 years applying computational biology to translational research questions
  • Master’s with 7 years analytics in biology/translational research
  • Bachelor’s with 9 years analytics in biology/translational research
  • Associate’s with 12 years analytics in biology/translational research
  • High school diploma with 14 years analytics in biology/translational research

Responsibilities

  • Develop computational strategies that support target discovery, validation, and prioritization.
  • Analyze large-scale datasets including genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic, imaging, and clinical data.
  • Leverage genetic evidence to strengthen disease understanding and therapeutic hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to integrate human genetics into discovery programs.
  • Establish scalable analytical workflows applicable across disease areas.
  • Evaluate new computational and AI-enabled approaches to accelerate insight generation.
  • Translate computational findings into actionable biological insights for teams.
  • Participate in recruiting, developing, and leading future computational biology talent.
