Qualifications

• 3–5 years of PBRA affordable housing management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3, eligibility, income calculations, and recertification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, occupancy, maintenance coordination, resident relations, and financial performance.
• Ensure HUD Project-Based Section 8 regulations, policies, and procedures are followed.
