Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Lead, HR Business Partner to support the Bedford and Franklin sites in Massachusetts, partnering with a diverse workforce across two divisions. As a trusted advisor, you’ll translate business needs into practical people strategies that strengthen leadership, organizational effectiveness and retention.

You’ll act as onsite HR partner, navigate a matrixed organization, mentor newer leaders, and guide employee relations, investigations, and change management to enable rapid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, organizational development or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience with HRBP or senior generalist roles in manufacturing environment.
• Experience influencing leaders across functions in a matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into practical people strategies that improve leadership capability and engagement.
• Serve as onsite HR partner for Bedford and Franklin sites, triaging issues by urgency and impact.
• Influence without direct authority across two business divisions and multiple functions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, feedback, conflict resolution and policy application.
• Lead change management initiatives to support growth and new processes.
• Maintain presence with direct labor teams on a 24/7 schedule.
