Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to lead the HR partnership for the Materials Solutions division.

You will collaborate with divisional leaders to shape talent strategies, organization design, succession planning, and workforce capability across a global matrix of sites and functions. You will oversee organizational design, change management, and integration efforts, ensuring the division has the talent and structure to achieve growth and transformation goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior-level partnership with leaders.
• Experience supporting complex global matrix organizations with multiple sites/regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people, structure, and leadership actions with business priorities.
• Advise on organization structure, workforce plans, succession, leadership effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Lead organization design, restructuring, and change efforts for the division to support business needs.
