Job summary

Reframe Systems in Andover, MA is seeking a factory-focused HRBP who will serve as the primary people partner for our production workforce. You will own employee relations, onboarding at scale, hourly workforce compliance, and the day-to-day people experience on the factory floor.

Reporting to the Head of People, you will collaborate with factory operations leadership to align people practices with growth, ensure legal compliance across multiple states, and build systems that keep teams engaged,

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of HR experience with hourly or manufacturing workforces.
• Strong knowledge of FLSA, OSHA, wage and hour law, and multi-state compliance.
• Experience managing employee relations in a fast-paced physical work environment.
• Comfortable with high-volume onboarding and the operational rigor it requires.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Rippling HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Own the factory HR function and frontline manager support on the floor.
• Lead high-volume onboarding for the production workforce.
• Manage day-to-day employee experience on the factory floor.
• Partner with factory operations leadership on workforce planning and headcount decisions.
• Maintain compliant employee relations and document ER matters.
• Support PIPs and disciplinary actions for hourly employees.
